Mike is a MCSE (Microsoft Certified System Engineer) who has been designing, deploying and supporting computer network technology for over 20 years. He has been trained in PC sales and service by Microsoft, IBM, Compaq, HP, Apple and many others. As founder and president his philosophy remains the same "everything we do for our clients is to help them be profitable."
Russell Goodwin Sr. Vice President MCP, MCSA, MCSE
Russ has 11+ years of experience designing, installing, and supporting networks. He holds a B. S. in Business Administration from University of Vermont and a MCSE Certification from Microsoft Corporation in both Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 Server.
Derryck Thomas Field Support Engineer A+, DCSE
Derryck went to Center for Technology (Essex) for Computer Systems Technology where he had perfect scores and received the National Vocational Technical Honor Society award. Derryck is also Comptia A+ Certified Technician. He won the silver medal in the '01 Vermont State IT competition, and has been a Dell Certified Systems Engineer for 4 years.
Jason Waterman Marketing Director/Support Technician
Jason attended Center for Technology (Essex) for Computer Graphics.He received the Outstanding Student and the National Vocational Technical Honor Society awards. He was on the Dean's list at Champlain College. Although working as our marketing director he has a strong understanding of how computers and networks operate and is able to give assistance to our support team as well as to customers.
